Matt McFarlane: 40 years of renovation expertise
Matt McFarlane, the driving force behind MCP Limited, brings over 40 years of invaluable experience in the renovation space. Starting as a painter, he meticulously honed his skills and knowledge by renovating his own family properties. When the tragic Christchurch earthquakes hit in 2011, Matt saw an opportunity to give back to his community, establishing a renovation company focused on quake-damaged and 'as is where is' properties, completing over 150 projects with his dedicated team. After a period as an independent contractor, Matt has now embarked on his new journey with MCP Limited, returning to his core values: helping people and nurturing a family-focused approach. His strong family values, unwavering priority on client needs, and New Zealand local focus truly set MCP Limited apart.

Beyond the blueprints
Beyond transforming homes and managing projects, Matt cherishes his time with family, including his beloved dog, Archie, whom he affectionately calls his son. He finds joy in playing guitar and singing, as well as his love for rugby and fishing! He also loves helping out friends or family with whatever he can—a real shirt-off-your-back kind of bloke. This dedication to helping others, both professionally and personally, truly embodies the spirit of MCP Limited.
